Tarasaya, the pearl of the deep sea, vanished overnight due to a sacred artifact known as the “Eternal Tide.” Now, a fragment of an ancient sea map holds the key to uncovering the ruins of Tarasaya in the ocean’s depths. The upcoming DLC for Artifact Seeker, titled The Shadow of Deep Sea, promises exciting new content, including fresh characters, maps, bosses, synergies, artifacts, and events for players to explore.
Among the new characters is Mermaid Princess Marisa. Once part of the Kingdom of Dark Sea, Tarasaya, her people sought the power of the “Eternal Tide,” only to be wiped out by the Ancient Gods. Marisa’s mother used magic to seal her inside a crystal coffin, sinking it into the Abyssal Shadow. A millennium later, she awoke to find her homeland reduced to glowing dust and mist. As a mermaid princess, she fights most effectively in aquatic environments.
Years ago, while serving aboard King Penguin’s ship, Raven caught sight of the Tarasaya map fragment in his possession. Now, she’s gambling everything on the Serenity, not just for treasure but to surpass King Penguin’s legendary reputation.
